Terrible portal and customer service.
I do don't understand what is going on with this company. I don't believe these reviews at all. I had difficulty just using their system.
Up sale after up sale. It's not cheaper , they're just not charging you for half the stuff until you're in there. Getting a refund has been comical. Now however, I'm just incredibly annoyed and will never use this company again. I suggest you spare yourself and try somebody else. It's Not cheaper in my experience.

Awesome customer service and upfront information
Quick management of the situation, awesome customer services and no shady retention tactics.
I needed to cancel a domain after the renewal invoice was generated so i couldn't do it on my own.
1 call no long waiting times to speak with a representative, less than 5 minutes (after starting the conversation with the guy) and DONE. that was it.

15+ years IONOS (I am with them since they were 1&1) account holder here. Joseph Mark went WAY above my expectations, with this purchase and tech support need. With me, He spent well over 40 minutes on the phone and was kind enough to answer my voluminous amount of questions and concerns I voiced.
