I’ve been using HK for both VPS and dedicated servers and I’m happy with their services. The network is stable, pricing is reasonable and DDoS protection works well. i’ve contacted support, they’ve respond quickly and helped resolve my issues.

A wide range of GPU server configurations with hourly billing. Sometimes you have to pre-order and wait because demand is extremely high. That’s I prefer to keep my server running and pay monthly instead of trying to rent one only when I need it.

I ordered a server with an RTX 5000 PRO 72GB GPU and I’m very happy with it. The card is extremely fast and not many providers offer this option, especially with the current GPU shortage. The server was deployed quickly and works great so far. Very satisfied with the service.

For their vps hosting they use 15 year old e5 cpus
Their network is oversold 35 mbps speeds
Their refund policy is a scam 10 euro fee to refund and a 5 procent commission
Their staff is based in russia , i would not put also sensitive data in such

Regarding hardware, HOSTKEY uses modern hardware for our advanced and high-performance VPS product lines. For the most affordable VPS plans, where high computing performance is not required, previous-generation hardware may be used. This allows us to offer lower prices while providing resources appropriate for the intended workloads. The specifications of each service are available before ordering.
If you experienced network performance significantly below the specifications of your plan, please contact our support team with your order details so that we can investigate the issue.

It feels more like a hobby project than a serious hosting business. Provisioning three virtual servers took more than six hours. Basic functionality such as opening a console, reinstalling the OS, or mounting an ISO fails about half the time. Their control panel is still running PHP 8.0, which reached end-of-life in November 2023.
The servers are cheap, but this is not wat you should expect in 2026.

From the moment I purchased the server (I paid for a one-year plan), I started experiencing stability issues almost immediately.
At first, support responded very slowly, but at least the problems were eventually resolved. However, a few days ago I encountered another issue and contacted support again. Since August 3, my requests have been completely ignored.
As a result, I have been without access to my server for several days and have been unable to perform my work tasks.
I have requested a refund, although I don't even know whether this company actually processes refund requests.
I trusted this provider to deliver a reliable service, and I deeply regret choosing them.
