The quote for taxi was half the cost of…
The quote for taxi was half the cost of actual cost. When queried nobody was willing to assist. There were no variables. We were on time for the taxi, absolutely no traffic. We just wanted price breakdown.

The hotel booked the taxi on our behalf therefore we dont have the app. We have the date time and location of pickup and drop off. And the bank transaction for payment. The hotel cannot act on our behalf.
We really dont want this to happen to other people hence the enquirey

Ripped off by a cab driver in Naples who entered a false fare, terrible customer support, absolutely no offer of refund. Would avoid like the plague.
