Sorry to tell you - useless website for bookings, extremely expensive and they don’t even deliver a clean rental car for pick up - but expects the rental to be cleaned- staff with attitude - Never again.

Circle K station in Orkelljunga ( E4) sold me 2 x filled rolls (one of them Egg), which were both out of date from their shop display. This was not noticed until Several hours or so later when I started to feel quite ill. The staff didn't take my phone call seriously, telling me to "bring them back". I was poisoned for 2 full days. It is reported to the Swedish authorities. I've stopped using Circle K with my trucks and cars, and won't risk another 2 days off work because of their low standards.

Unacceptable service and will never visit again. The premium car wash damaged my car by breaking off the door handle cover. The local staff refunded the car wash since the car was also still dirty but no further action for compensation was taken even though the broken part was found inside the washing machine.

Never use the car washing machine! It caused damage to our car, breaking our door handle, which we found inside the washing machine!! They refused paying us for the damage and they say they are not responsible for it even though it was more than clear that the machine did all the damage and after all, it didn’t even clean the car either. They said that never something like this happened, while there are so many comments about the car washer damaging their car!! Stop supporting this company!!

Had a car wash in Circle K Malmömodellen in Ystad, which resulted in scratches all along the top of the car. The staff agreed on the case but later returns a say they don’t think the scratches are from the wash. Never use this car wash!

They don't accept valid foreign driver's licenses for renting a car

I booked a truck with them. I called them to ask if it is a problem that someone else is going to drive instead as I dont have driving license and they said it is easy to fix. Also their website is stating that the number of km-s you entered is included in the price.
When I came there the person working was insanely rude. And said it is not possible to rent because I dont have driving license and he made a huge problem out it. In the end he transfered it to my friend after talking 15minutes with him. But didnt allow me to pay with my debit card. So my friend had to pay.
Also he didnt want to come out and show us how to open the back of the truck and we had to go back and forth to him multiple times until we figured it.
When we returned truck he said we have to put the fuel that we spent even though on website it said that 50km is included.
Also he persuaded us to rent truck for 8 hours instead of 4. When we returned it in 4 hours he said he cant return the money for 4 hours that we didnt use. HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN.

So charger didnt work on rented car. Endedup getting stuck in another city and waiting a long night of 8 hours in the car. Lost 6 hours of my rented time cause of this and no refund or anyhelp at all. I more or less rolled into the final CK. 2 stars because the day was sunny

Awful customer service - we were renting a trailer for a move between Sweden and Denmark and double checked that we were allowed to bring it across the border. We were told we could as long as we informed the staff. Come the day of the move, they refused to let us pick up the trailer, saying they none of their vehicles may leave the country. Terrible experience and absolutely NO communication between staff members

Horrible customer service, Terrible experience when returning a van I rented at Circle K Söderleden, Gothenburg!
Had cleaned the van and filled it prior to returning but was forced by an irresponsible cocky fellow to try filling it again in his prescence! Then kept waiting another 15 minutes while he inspected it ..... utter rubbish ! Almost lost it !!!
Not going back there period! .... I’ll take my business elsewhere!
