Their AI optimized mode (locked in) is really bad. It's called greenely mode. It charges my battery when the price is high before sunrise, even though I have solar cells. It discharged when the price is low.
The battery makes us lose money instead of gain.

They promised no binding tid
They promised no binding tid, i switched back to gtb energi within a month of a contract with greenely and was sent a bill from them via EMail not kivra and they escelated within a month to triple pay choosing this time an actual post reminder where any other decent company would send via post all bills ..they intrap you this way . Quiet vile

Hard to reach out to a human. Refused to reimburse me for my electricity production when I changed my electricity contract to another supplier. No sense of customer care whatsoever. Will never be a customer again

The app is quite ok
The app is quite ok. My battery is controlled by Greenely, and that makes it comfortable, but sometimes I would like to intervene. This is not possible thou in that case I have to change mode and it might take time til I can go back to automatic mode. On the whole I’m satisfied with Greenely.

Worst customer support
Worst customer support. I tried reaching out to them for a month regarding a billing issue, but only ended up chatting with an AI bot. It kept promising to forward my queries to human support, but nothing ever happened. I’ve decided to move away from them now so be careful what you sign up for.

Incompetent customer agents
The customer service could be greatly improved. Long waiting time on the App if you want to get through a physical customer agent and not AI. Unfortunately imcompetent customer agents through the customer service line. My issue got resolved after 1,5 week, trying to reach them multiple times. Quite disappointing .
