I have used Remambo twice now and have had good experiences so far. The site makes it easy to buy from Japanese sites that would not sell internationally to the UK. The yahoo auction site works quite differently to others such as Ebay but the Remambo site does keep it fairly simple and the ability to have your order checked and repackaged for overseas postage helps to give some peace of mind when buying. Overall it has been good so far and happy to recommend to buyers.

Got my item fairly quickly and in good condition. The customer service could’ve been better. My item was a preorder but there was no confirmation from the service after they preordered it for me. No other complaints.

In the meantime, you can always check the current order status on our website.
Once it shows “Paid to seller,” it means the order has been successfully purchased and everything is on track.

Buggy dated interface, unclear billing. Loyalty program offers very small rewards. But first of all - poor customer support. Still gets the job done though. Would not recommend if you have access to major services of the same kind.

For other readers: the core of this case was an order we could not forward - the item is on the prohibited list published in our help section, which is a carrier and customs restriction rather than our preference, and our support explained this at the time.

This was the only service from Japan that I registered with using my email address. A few days after registering, I started receiving spam emails from Japan.
Do the math.

In the 14 years the address has been in existence, not a single Japanese mail has arrived, and now suddenly you're not involved. What a coincidence!

This is a serious accusation, and we want to be very clear: Remambo does not share or sell customer email addresses to third parties, under any circumstances.
We have no way of knowing what caused the emails you received, and the timing alone does not establish a connection with Remambo. It is also possible that some of our automatic notifications or messages from our support team were mistaken for spam.
We would be happy to look into this if you contact us with details of the emails you received.

So far, we have not received any evidence of this. We have only received accusations without any supporting information.
You still have not contacted us by email or forwarded any of the supposed “spam” emails from Japan, so we have not even had a chance to review them and help you understand where they came from.
If you want us to investigate this properly, please forward those emails to us.
