Good service that could improve
Got my item fairly quickly and in good condition. The customer service could’ve been better. My item was a preorder but there was no confirmation from the service after they preordered it for me. No other complaints.

You’re right, a separate preorder confirmation could make things clearer, and we’ll look into it.
In the meantime, you can always check the current order status on our website.
Once it shows “Paid to seller,” it means the order has been successfully purchased and everything is on track.
Hopefully we can earn that missing star next time.
