Hello, Iamiaa.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your experience with your SIE Securities study materials. We strive to consistently provide our customers with all the tools and support that they’ll need to succeed on test day and to create a positive experience for them while they study with us and we are so sorry that this was not your experience with us.

As we value each customer's experience, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback and suggestion regarding your experience with the accessibility of the videos. A senior team member will reach out to you directly to discuss your experience in more detail. We look forward to having the opportunity to restore your trust in us.

Respectfully,
