NYC Limo Service Recensioni

Our drivers were awesome. Timing was exceptional. We used this company on 6 separate occasions during our week trip to NYC. We had a stretch limo for an entire day with Jeff as our driver. He is the best. Very informative and very helpful as to places to see. Our airport pick up and drop off was stress free. I strongly recommend this company if you’re looking for airport transportation or just a day in the city.

Very good service.

NYC Limo Service answered my inquiry the same day. They were fairly priced, with everything included in one price including tip. The cars were immaculately cleaned and new. The drivers were friendly and early both on pick ups. They responded quickly and were ready to go each time. NYC Limo provided carseats and we felt really taken care of. We will be back! Thank you!

Very good service. Next time pls advise I have to give a tip for the chofer

The limo company was very informative and transparent with all services and prices. Absolutely no hidden costs. They were punctual and the price was definitely reasonable. Excellent service

Very good, Thanks

Our driver was SPECTACULAR; he took such great care of us and made my 60th birthday kickoff celebration great!

Hello to all

This is a terrible company who left us high and dry, and here goes the story

Not impressed with you guys, you left me waiting at the airport for 45 minutes after a 10 hr flight

I arrived and called once we got our bags lady on phone said you are late! No we are on time.

She stated go to area 1 and driver will be 15 minutes

I now find out that area one is not even at same terminal five at nyc and I have to get a bus to this area!

This was not made clear on our booking

Lady in the phone was rude, terrible and made me feel really uncomfortable

Driver found us eventually after two further calls and here’s where it gets worse

The driver was less than professional and I felt his demona was very rude saying comments like take your rubbish back to the uk?

New York is a terrible place to visit! Why are u coming here?

Watch out in ny as you might get shot the city has gone down hill, some very upsetting comments

The whole experience from end to end was far from perfect and I felt unwanted as a customer

I was looking for a return of my monies due the severe lack of service but this did not happen or any e mail correspondence

please avoid these guys as totally not what you want after a flight

Pick up and drop off were great.
However, when I called to set up the ride, I was advised to pick a 9:30 am time slot even though I was due to land at 9am.
We got stuck at baggage claim for almost an hour and we got charged for making the limo driver wait. I wish I had known that we would be charged for something out of our control. Otherwise it was a good experience overall.

All your drivers were very professional, polite and punctual.

Our Driver was Truly Professional and Courteous! Smooth & Comfortable Ride - These guys are Top of the Line & I would Definitely Use their Services Again!

On time, courteous driver,

Overall wonderful experience! The driver texted me in advance and was there for pickup on time. Helped us with our luggage and had a very smooth and safe ride to our destination.

The service was great. Our driver was friendly and very professional.

I like the time accuracy, even though I called very late to book but the driver was right on time.

Good driver, nice car, clean and good customer service

Great driver, and service thanks very much
