I thought the practice quizzes were great preparation and I passed on my first try!

Used the self-study program and materials supplied and was prepared to take licensing exam.

Great informative classes that provided me exactly what was needed to pass my Health Insurance License exam. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get further education in a timely manor. I was able to complete while working a full time job

This is unfortunately not the first delivery issue I have experienced with Kaplan Financial Education.

Earlier this year, my study materials were lost in transit and Kaplan had to arrange a replacement shipment. I hoped that this time the process would be smoother, but I am facing very similar problems again.

I placed order on 11 September 2026 for ACCA study materials. More than a month later, I still have not received the books. Despite several emails, I have not been provided with a tracking number, the name of the courier, or even clear confirmation that the parcel has been dispatched.

The most frustrating part is the lack of communication. Delays can happen with international deliveries, but customers should at least be informed about the status of their orders.

I specifically ordered the materials well before my studies started to avoid exactly this situation. Unfortunately, my studies have already begun and I am still waiting for books that I paid for over a month ago.

I hope Kaplan will finally resolve this matter and provide clear information about the whereabouts of my order. I will gladly update this review if the issue is resolved satisfactorily.

Kaplan prepared me for the Life and Health exam. The QBank quizzes and cram sheets are key. The videos helped reinforce my learning at the end of each unit. Highly recommend Kaplan!

The classes are great, the online access is easy to use. Kaplan is my go to for all my courses and CE needs

The training was a great refresher to everything we had been doing. It was nice to be able to ask questions and get answers for things we didn't understand when doing the modules ourselves.

I don't remember seeing very many questions from the course on the actual State Exam.

Great material! I studied seriously for a handful of weeks (procrastination oops) and everything was so helpful. Definitely will be using kaplan again in the future

The class was interesting and easy to follow along. The teacher made the notes easy to take and understand in order to help study for the exam.

The system was user friendly. Plenty of questions to review for study. Very similar to what I saw on the exam. The study plan, when I utilized it to its fullest, I was able to pass the exam.

The material in the course is exceptional! I was well equipped for the insurance exam. Take your time go through all the modules. Nothing that was on the exam surprised me! Well done Kaplan.

Teachers were very helpful in the live call, the website resources were very helpful. Passed all of my exams on my first try. Thank you!

Processed the payment twice, payment went through twice, never got access to the continuing education. Had to deal with probably the worst AI agent to figure it out. Took 3 phone calls and about 20 minutes to finally get to a real person to talk to. Not worth your time working with this company until they can figure out their technical glitch going on with their payment system and an AI agent that can comprehend what you're asking for. Unless you're comfortable with them charging your card multiple times hoping you will eventually get access or a refund. Used them every year for my license renewals, really disappointed in how poor they are performing now.
