Blake was a great help had the part I needed with a fair price as well good service and part was shipped on time I will have more good news when I get the part put in thx

They are really nice honestly I been try to get a engine for my car everybody that i try to buy from are really expensive and they were charging me a lot and I feel like they have the best deals and there engine is great and is very much affordable and I thank them for the fast shipping and there service I recommend getting from them

Only reason for 4 stars is the communication Blake kept with me. It should be only 3 stars due to the valve covers being cracked and the engine still dirty with grease and grime. It literally look like a careless employee yanked the engine from the engine bay. Still have not started it so I’ll keep my fingers crossed

Wonderful people to work with! I got the best communication with the seller along with a clear timeline of when and where the transmission was. The transmission itself came in the time they told me at the beginning, didn’t take longer than a week and a half tops. Not only was the tracking above and beyond, the pricing for the transmission was one of the bests i’ve seen. Great company, amazing people, i recommend them, spectacular work!

Blake was really great to do business with I had my new used engine installed is running great. We definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a donor engine.

They have great communication they keep you updated with your order. They have really good prices. They help you make sure the part fits your vehicles vin number before buying. Great customer service i recommend.

Had a good customer service. Made sure it was a correct fit for my vehicle.

I had a great experience working with Used Engines Store (UsedEnginesStore.com).

After dealing with an unexpected engine failure on a 2014 BMW X1, I needed to find a reliable replacement quickly. Their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I was able to immediately speak with someone on the phone, and they helped confirm compatibility using my VIN while clearly explaining my options.

What really stood out was their communication and customer service. They contacted me daily with updates on the progress of preparing the engine for shipment and even sent photos from multiple angles just before it was crated. They also took the time to speak directly with my mechanic both before and after shipping to answer questions, which gave me a lot of confidence.

The follow-up didn’t stop there. They reached out to confirm the engine had arrived, checked in again during installation, and made sure everything was working properly. They even asked if there was anything else they could do to help. That level of service is rare.

In a situation that could have been very stressful, they made the process smooth and straightforward. I would absolutely recommend Used Engines Store to anyone looking for a replacement engine.

Don’t buy your engine from some auction site or from someone selling out of a garage. This is what these folks do for a living — just engines — and it shows. You won’t regret it.

I have worked with Blake for years. I have never had any issues at all and he has always been there when I needed him to be. I will continue to work with Blake!!
