Thank you for your feedback — we're sorry to hear you feel this way, and we'd like to clarify the timeline.
Your order was placed in March 2024, and we were in touch until May 2024, when we confirmed a replacement had been dispatched. Our records show it was marked as delivered, and we received no further messages from you — or from the courier or customs — after that.
We also want to note our policy, stated on our website: we gladly send a free replacement within 6 months of the order. Unfortunately, that window expired long ago, as you contacted us nearly two years later. By then, the carrier no longer retained tracking data, so tracing the shipment wasn't possible.
As a goodwill gesture, we offered a 10% discount on a new order — not as an admission of fault, but as a genuine attempt to move forward. We're sorry it didn't meet your expectations.

Superb customer service!
At first, i waited just over 4 weeks giving the benefit of the doubt that there may be a problem with customs or what not. I emailed customer service of this predicament. They offered to provide a full refund or resend my order at no additional costs to me. 16 days later, I receive my order. However, what I ordered vs what I received was slightly inaccurate. I ordered a late model camry emblem but received an earlier model camry emblem. I immediately contacted customer service again and told them my dilemma. A day later, they promptly sent another emblem free of charge. 8 days later, I receive another emblem. This time, the emblem arrived damaged. I immediately contacted customer service and once again told them my dilemma. 3 days later, I receive the emblem I originally ordered in prestine condition. All in all, despite receiving the product a little over 2 months later, I'm 100% satisfied with the product and the exceptional customer service! The customer service was TOP NOTCH and because of this, I would definitely order again!

The emblem was too small but I made it work. I went back to packaging & saw it was for a sedan not a SUV which I have. It took along time to receive in mail also.

the emblems were somewhat pricey considering the size of them, but they do look like quality, shipping time a little lengthy, did not know they were coming from China but haven't seen any others advertised. somewhat of a glitch and delay about delivery address which I still don't understand since correct address was provided. all in all I like the emblems, guess that's all that matters.

From the online detailed information, the ordering process, Roman and Semyon took a personal interest in making sure that the product I received was right and everything in between...well, I was extremely satisfied with the outcome.
