I’m a new customer to this company and ordered some gifts for family members.
Unfortunately a couple of items were missing from the order.
I emailed the customer care and they were so helpful.
Not only did they respond extremely quickly issuing replacements but they were extremely courteous and professional.
The packages are absolutely beautiful and the contents outstanding.
I am now currently looking to order for my granddaughter.10/10

Super easy to order.
It was a larger item so expected a slight delay in delivery but it came so quickly.The driver was very helpful as it was heavy and very polite.would highly recommend.

I was generally amazed at how stunning the packaging was,it was like opening a top end present.
Then trying the first fragrance was amazing and had so many compliments.
Can’t wait to try the rest and decide which is my favourite to order a full size bottle.

This is the first time that I have bought from the range.
It was easy to order and the delivery was prompt,however only half of the order arrived.
I contacted them immediately and one of there advisors dealt with it straight away.
The rest of the order was sent out and I received it the very next day and they refunded the delivery cost.

Products and value for money are usually very good.
However your customer services are diabolical.

Order excepted and dispatched but remained at the hub for a number of days.
Called customer services who tried to track the parcel and was told it must of been mislaid.
I asked to reorder as it was a gift for my granddaughter,only to be told it was now out of stock so I would have to either have a credit note or a refund ant to go back online to see when it would be in stock.
I did this straight away only to see it had bee discontinued.
Have tried to get it elsewhere but either they are out of stock or above my price range.
I have one very disappointed child and you have a customer who doubts very much if she will try to shop from you again.
