Awful awful awful experience
Awful awful awful experience! My order tracking updated but very little notice stating that it was being delivered yesterday, I had to leave work so I was home. It then updated again stating delivery was between 8am-6pm today. I’ve had to arrange WFH and pay additional childcare costs so I was home. I have spoke to customer services via chat who confirmed it would be today. I have still not received this item and I am disgusted by the company, I have spent over £400. Do they expect people to never leave the house, I will NEVER order from here again. First & last experience with the company. Tracking has updated back to yesterday’s date so I am guessing we are travelling back in time. Who knows if I will ever get my order!

The order took way to long for delivery. I don't know if this was because of the courier, or Wilko.
Trying to get through to someone to see where my order was, was very difficult. The AI chatbod could be described more as no intelligence. Could not get passed the stock answers or get to speech to a person.

Delivery time was not good!
The quality of the items bought were fab however, the delivery time was not good. For the order to be delivered in its entirety took over a week. This would put me off ordering in the future.
