Terrible first experience

Terrible first experience by shopping online. Ordered two items: liquid eyeshadow from Giorgio Armani and a Dior eyeshadow palette. Both products arrived with damaged and unsealed boxes. The liquid product also seemed to be opened/used with half bottle. Very disappointing!

Orders not updated in account order history

Every other online store adds an order in your account as soon as you pay for it. Why, 2 days after ordering an item can I still not see my pending order in my account? Your AI chat is incredibly unhelpful and seems to think its dependent on order status, this is not the case everywhere else. You've sent email confirmation, why isn't this replicated in the system?

Great selection, and communication however paid for next day delivery an hour after email saying despatched an other email stating parcel is delayed.

Shopping like no other

Frasers makes shopping easier for me ever since I come across it. The payment structure is friendly, there is no complaints about the transfer from your bank and the waybill is well guided.

Excellent service right from the start its so easy ordering the items you want to purchase and Frasers will keep you updated on when you're order is getting ready for delivery and keep you updated on its delivery
