The driver Jozef was punctual and polite. He told us lots of useful information about Prague and pointed out landmarks as we drove to our hotel. He took all the stress out of arriving at a new airport and city.

I booked an airport transfer through Mozio for my family of four in Turkey. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a very stressful and costly situation.

Our return transfer was originally scheduled for 03:40 a.m. After our flight schedule changed, Mozio revised and confirmed the pickup time to 02:50 a.m. We relied on this confirmed time and were waiting outside our hotel approximately 30 minutes before pickup.

The vehicle did not arrive at the confirmed time. Instead, it arrived approximately one hour late.

When the transfer failed to arrive, I tried calling the Turkish emergency number provided in the booking instructions, but nobody answered. I then called the US support number and eventually reached someone who helped arrange an Uber. Unfortunately, the Uber and the original transfer vehicle arrived at approximately the same time, around an hour after the confirmed pickup.

We missed our scheduled flight despite having completed online check-in and received all our boarding passes the previous day. The airline eventually rebooked us for the following day, but the disruption resulted in additional expenses.

I submitted receipts and supporting documentation for SEK 7,720 in additional expenses, including accommodation, meals, transportation and international telephone charges.

Mozio refunded the failed transfer and covered the Uber expense. However, when I requested reimbursement for the remaining documented expenses, the company rejected my claim by referring to its limitation of liability provisions.

Mozio specifically requested proof of online check-in, which I provided along with all four passengers' boarding passes. The case was escalated for further review, and I was told I would receive an update. Despite several follow-ups and a formal written dispute, I have not received a substantive response resolving the matter.

What disappoints me most is not only the original delay, but also the prolonged process of trying to obtain a fair review of the additional expenses caused by the failed transfer.

I understand that travel disruptions can happen. However, when a company confirms a pickup time, customers should be able to rely on that arrangement, and complaints should be handled transparently and promptly.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Mozio for an important airport transfer.

The driver was on time and communicated via WhatsApp to let us know when and where he was waiting for us. He drove very safely and got us to our destination on time. The car was very clean and modern. Great service!

From booking to the transfer I was kept well informed. I was contacted and given the estimated time of arrival and Drivers name on the day. The vehicle was very clean and our Driver was polite and helpful.

The driver was available even with a long flight delay. He drove efficiently and safely to the dropoff location.

Overall, everything was good. The only thing was that the first driver seemed a little unprepared. At first, he didn’t know the address of the hotel and asked us to find it. We found the address, but in the end, he entered it into the navigation himself and took us to the wrong hotel. It was a little awkward and uncomfortable, but the driver himself was very respectful and attentive. So, his kind and helpful attitude completely made up for this small inconvenience.

For a ride from our Osaka hotel to Kansai airport, the price was much cheaper than standard taxi or Uber, service was 5 star. Great notifications, driver arrived early, we were 100% happy.
