Felt very safe at Manoussos City Hotel which is important as a solo traveller. All staff were excellent. Not troubled by noise in October. Air conditioning worked well, room and linen all clean and changed regularly. Tea tray, fridge, safe and hairdryer in room. Had a great week. Excellent location for both beach and old town.

Prompt, polite, helpful and punctual. Good communication. Used twice during trip. Both drivers equally as good.

Really quick delivery - arrived a whole week earlier than expected. Packaging intact. Very polite and friendly delivery driver.

Would give it 0 if I could in Derby. Appalling managers who can't do anything but repeat that they apologise over and over again while actually trying to blame you for their errors. Much better off going to Vision Express or Specsavers. No wonder you have to pay up front as I certainly wouldn't buy from these people again. They let down their junior members of staff.

Couldn't board at Derby due to floods and had a text to say to get on in Loughborough. Inconvenient to say the least although I understand the reasoning. I think National Express need to have a back up plan for collection in flood prone areas now, for example pick up from the local park and rides or out of city centre shopping centre rather than sending people to another town. This will probably keep happening so need to be prepared.

No problems with enquiries, bookings or payment. Great tutors.
