Review of Mozio
For a ride from our Osaka hotel to Kansai airport, the price was much cheaper than standard taxi or Uber, service was 5 star. Great notifications, driver arrived early, we were 100% happy.
Review of Flights Mojo
They had the lowest fair for LAX to Tokyo on the date and time that suited me. There was an additional non-refundable fee of $14 for seat selection. I paid that and selected an aisle seat. They booked me into a middle seat - for a 12 hour flight. I called and was told that aisle seats were not available for that flight for the price I paid. I asked why I was not informed of that and offered another option at the time of booking and they said basically "oops!" I asked why they accepted that extra $14 non refundable payment and I was told they would "try" to refund it. I will never use them again.

We would like to inform you that we have provide the required seat in one leg and for the other leg the seat got full from the airline end and at that time we tried to provide you the required seat but the seats was not available from the airline end. We have share the information that you can also check with the airline on the real time.
