Initially I did not think that this was legit with many website scams out there. I was reluctant to pursue with my claim and was wanting to deal direct with the airline. I'm can be a tough critic, yet they did such a great job I was willing to come right them a review. Flightright has been incredibly. I was screwed over by united airlines & united refused to take accountability. I looked into law groups, & many of the websites were buggy & then an automated program just denied your case anyway. Flightright not only accepted it, but immediately went to work & pursed the airline, and they made it simple for me as a plaintiff. Took around 7months, I believe united refused to settle so flightright sent a lawyer to court and won for the max amount we were owed. This was an international case so I lived outside the country where it happened, yet flightright gave you a couple options to receive payment & payout was very quick, and again flightright made it easy & simple to receive payout. Really had a great experience using their services, would definitely recommend them, so check them out for yourself

I applied to use Flight Right and fill out a contract. They did nothing for 6 months with nothing more than a templated email. I spend endless hours on the phone with the original carries and the company did nothing!!

I got reimbursed for my whole flight and this company made me hand over 180 Euros for my work and the whole flight was inappropriate. This company takes advantage of people who need a little assistance and never corresponded until they wanted payment.

I would not recommend this company and think no one should use them, as they are not a professional company.
