Case mishandled
Case FR4559604 involved a cancelled Lufthansa flight, no rebooking, no reimbursement for the cancelled ticket, and a replacement flight that I had to purchase myself. Flightright appeared to pursue only the basic EU261 compensation claim, and I received no explanation as to why the wider financial losses arising from the cancellation were not addressed. After receiving the settlement, that nowhere covered the costs I incurred or inconvenience of a one week travel delay, I submitted a detailed request for reassessment and provided all supporting documentation. My correspondence and uploads were completely ignored. Poor communication and disappointing post-settlement customer service. Flightright is welcome to provide a detailed explanation of the settlement calculation for case FR4559604, and I will happily update this review.

Top service, got the money in one week
Top service! I got my compensation in one week.
For non EU airlines, which don't respect EU rules, flightright is very helpful in claiming the compensation.
I had issue with China Eastern, they did not reply my email for a long time and then refused to compensate according to EU rule. But flightright made in one week! The commision is fair, compared to the time and effort they saved

Claim accepted then denied
They accepted my claim, I was even transparent with them saying Etihad had offered me 300 euros compensation.
After weeks, they return and say that the claim has been denied with Etihad contacting me now offering 0 euros.
A 25 euro voucher on Flightright for future claims is an insult, we all know this is for me to use them again, not that they are sorry for the experience.

Complete waste of time. Takes years and nothing happens and in one case even accused me of having received money from easyJet which is simply not true! Absolutely useless and do not recommend to use.
