After doing a week rental; I decided to do an additional week: returning the rental, I followed the instructions on turu; next thing you know I start getting messages from the host that I did not return the car to the designated drop off location, so that made me go back and look at everything in the app and I was doing everything that was required according to the app, however, I’m getting all these messages from the house that I didn’t return the car to the right location. It’s a bad area mind you it’s the same location where I picked the vehicle up from. Long story short I got charged $54 extra for the tolls I use. I paid it next thing you know I get another message from Toru from the house that now I owe $64 for the tolls. I’ve already paid $54. Why are you going up as I pay. After going back-and-forth with the host they refused to respond to my messages letting them know that I follow everything the app told me to do and still to this day. I have not heard anything from them no response no nothing so just be careful with these people.

Nino is the best driver ever. Very nice and great service picking me up at home and airport on time with no wait!

Nino was honest on time and very considerate . and dependable transportation were excellent . His company is reputable and nino made family feel welcome. His other driver was honest and also a credit to this company .we requested a large vehicle nino helped us I would recommend this company for all your ride share needs

Great service, vehicles were very spacious and loads of room for many suitcases. Drivers were very friendly and helpful, gave us loads of tips for our visit to Orlando and answered many questions we had about Florida. Highly recommend.

Nino was absolutely wonderful. He made our trip worry free in regard to our ground transportation. He stayed in contact with me and assured me that he would be in place to transport us in a timely manner. We had great conversation along the way. I feel like we made a friend in Nino. We will be in touch with him in the future for sure!!!
