This company doesn’t care about its customers. They are greedy and only care about their own profits, not the people they do business with. I would not recommend working with them.

I used Goliath Auto Transport two different times for my cross country move. The first time was for my Mercedes, and then a few months later for my husband’s Jeep (the Jeep was being used in a shot in a film which was the reason for the later shipment). Both times I communicated with Josh, and I was really impressed by the level of customer service. He was prompt, communicative, answered all my questions via text message, and replied within minutes.

The prices were also very reasonable. I got about 7 different quotes before choosing Goliath. I think there was only one other company that was cheaper, but their reviews weren’t great and they were very slow to answer which is why I went with Goliath.

I was so impressed with how smoothly everything went the first time that I specifically reached out to Josh when it was time to ship the second vehicle. Everything was just as easy the second time.

I highly recommend Goliath and I’ll definitely use them again if I ever need a car shipped!

I have used Goliath (specifically Brittany Henley) four times for transporting cars I have purchased over the last three years. Each time the cross country transport has worked well with timing and delivery. Brittany is amazing as she answers emails and texts all hours of the day and stays in close communication with me. Goliath is my car transport broker of choice.

I contracted with Goliath to have my antique British sports car transported from Louisiana to North Carolina. Natalie set everything up very professionally and my car was picked up in a couple of days. That's when the worst happened. The driver of the transport company they hired didn't secure my car properly and it broke free during transport and slammed into the car in front of it causing serious damage.
Lamy Trans LLC was the company of the driver and took responsibility and told me to get an estimate, which was not easy to do with a 54 year old British car. I sent them the estimate and they basically said I was trying to scam them. They offered way less than the estimate and threatened that I would end up with nothing if I argued with them. That's when Brenden,the owner of Goliath stepped in and tried to negotiate with Lamy Trans to no avail. Goliath was under no legal obligation to help me but Brenden said he would add $1000 of his own money to Lamy Trans offer. Goliath took a terrible situation and went way above and beyond what most transport brokers would have done. This is the company you want when needing to transport your vehicle!

I needed to transport 3 vehicles from Texas to Pennsylvania. I contacted Goliath Auto Transport for a quote about 1 week prior to moving. Brittany with Goliath contacted me promptly and was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She explained the process and assured me that she would find the perfect driver to transport my vehicles safely. I had a specific timeline for pickup and delivery and Brittany worked meticulously to find the perfect driver to meet my timelines and find one who met Goliath’s high standards. My vehicles were picked up on the exact date I asked for and delivered promptly by 9am on delivery day. My vehicles were picked up on May 6 and delivered 3 days later on May 9. Extremely fast delivery and very reliable driver. I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience and 100% recommend Goliath Auto Transport.

I needed to ship my 55 Chevy truck from Tennessee to Florida.
After three days of searching and reading nothing but horror stories I found Goliath transport.
They came exactly on time, loaded carefully and keto me posted, two days later dropped off in front of my home.
I couldn't be happier.

As a first timer shipping a car, I spent quite a few hours over a 2 week period researching auto carriers. From what I gathered, you can either use a broker who will find a transporter, contact a carrier who owns their own trucks, or lastly use U-Ship and hope for the best.

My original inclination was to use a carrier who owned their own trucks. My thought was that since their name is on the truck, they will be the most professional and the likelihood of any damage would be minimal. After getting a couple quotes from the 2 big named carriers, I was a little taken back at the price for an enclosed trailer from CO to CT.

Eventually I found Goliath Auto Transport. My research showed they don’t just choose the cheapest transport company or just anyone who will take the job. They put the time and effort into finding a quality transporter with good reviews, has been in the business for some time and appears to have a mechanically sound truck from the best they can see in pictures. I worked with Josh who listened to everything I had to say. I told him this was an important transport and said it’s ok to wait it out. I want someone who you can trust. I even gave him permission to put more money on the trip if needed. Quality work isn’t cheap and you don’t want just anyone transporting a car for you. After a few days Josh connected with a driver who was awesome. I sent a few texts after pickup and he always responded very quickly. He delivered in a surprisingly short time given the distance. And in the end even after spending a few more dollars than quoted, I still saved $2k over the 2 big transport companies who operate their own trucks and aren’t brokers. 5/5 stars for Goliath Auto Transport.

This was my first time using a transport service and Brittany made the entire process very simple and easy. The pickup and drop off times were exactly as communicated with no issues. If I transport again in the future Goliath will be the company I use.

We had a very challenging situation to transport our sons car from Florida to his Air Force base in Texas. Due to his military service and training schedule, he only had availability to recieve his car on the weekend. I researched several (over a dozen) transport companies and was very disappointed with the interaction as it seemed as most of the brokers worked outside of the US at call centers and were unwilling to work with our schedule. Needless to say this was a very frustrating situation and I even considered taking time off work to drive the car to him myself. After some research and filtering through the numerous “robo” 5-star reviews, I found Josh and his team at Goliath Auto Transport. Josh was very honest and supportive as he expressed willingness to work not only with my work schedule for pick up. but also with my son’s schedule for delivery. After several text messages, Josh even called me personally to assure me they were working on getting this done efficiently and with a reputable trucking Company. We are glad to report our son’s car was safely delivered this weekend with no damage or unexpected incidents. I cannot recommend Josh and his team enough at Goliath and I would highly recommend using his business. Thanks again Josh!

I’m extremely happy about the services! Not only did they have an amazing rate but I got it arranged and all the phone calls done in one day, the pick up was smooth and it arrived before I knew it!

I selected Goliath because they did not immediately engage in extremely annoying spammy tactics like several other brokers, even well-known ones did, the estimated price and timing were reasonable, they explained the process and helped ease my concerns entering these shark infested waters. They selected a great driver for my truck and I received it without any issues.

Josh Krantz is highly unprofessional. He is not accountable during your transport. He was defensive and even joined in with the carrier and the carrier's dispatch, sending a barrage of texts, calls, and threats when my car was delivered late and without the two-hour notification he had promised. He was more concerned about the carrier's schedule than about the constant interruption to my work caused by a late delivery announced 30 minutes before arrival. If you want a company that supports you while your car is being transported and puts you, the customer, first, Goliath is not the one.

Britney was fast and efficient. She got my car scheduled for pickup in just 30 min!! And the car arrived earlier than expected date unharmed.

I was referred to "Josh" by a dealership where I bought a Hummer. He couldn't get the car shipped for almost two weeks, despite being told I was ready to pay whatever it takes, providing them with the address and answering a multitude of texts and phone calls. When I pointed out that I didn't appreciate their attitude, he just said find another carrier and hung up. Never work with these guys.

Goliath had competitive pricing and incredible customer service. First time var buyer and shipper and they made everything so easy. Brittany helped me and answered all my questions very fast. I also got my car within 2 days, an incredible turn around time.

You won't be disappointed using Goliath Auto Transport. I did a lot of research to transport my Nova across the country. I was a little apprehensive after reading all the horror stories. I spoke with Brittany at Goliath and she thoroughly explained the entire process. My mind was put at ease. She booked Transport with Roman. Roman is great. He communicated pickup, throughout delivery of my vehicle. He was on time as scheduled. Roman took great care with my vehicle while in his care. I'm very glad I called Goliath. For any of my future transport needs I will only call Brittany.

I found this company after searching for vehicle transportation reviews on Reddit. I had contacted a previous company before Goliath for a quote, and they relentlessly contacted me to book with them. That turned me off and annoyed me more than anything so I did more research and found Goliath. They gave me a quote, talked me through the process and gave me time to figure things out without any pressure. I pulled the trigger and had 2 vehicles transported from NYC to Florida and it couldn’t have been easier with this company. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and made everything simple. I had my cars reach the destination within 48 hours after pickup

I was a bit apprehensive about shipping my car across the country because I’d heard so many horror stories, but Goliath Auto Transport made the entire process easy and stress-free. Their team was friendly, professional, and very communicative from start to finish. They matched me with a great transporter who was reliable, courteous, and even delivered my Mazda several days ahead of schedule in perfect condition.

I reached out to Goliath with very short notice on Labor Day because my other shipper was not getting back to me after 4 days and I was in a rush. Brittany responded immediately on a holiday and set it all up for next day pickup. Communication was great and very responsive. Florida to Michigan

I looked at plenty of companies to ship my car from CA to MI but ultimately ended up going with Goliath. They were a little more expensive than some of the other options but felt the best. Brittany was communicative and prompt. The shipper was great too. I have one snafu on drop off time but Brittany was able to chat through logistics with me and settle my nerves. If you’re working with Goliath don’t be afraid to reach out to Brittany for piece of mind, she really helps settle nerves.
