Delta shipping llc is a SCAM and FRAUD
Delta shipping llc is a SCAM and FRAUD. Received a quote for $1499 for a vehicle shipment. I made the booking and paid a $500 deposit. Immediately after paying their communication became erratic and I could not get information on my shipment. I received texts to the wrong name or with the wrong information but no responses to my request for updates or information.
I finally got a call the week of my shipment and the representatives spent 5 minutes talking at me about their issues and then stated it would be an additional $5500. During the call they did not even know my pick up date. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY.

The initial quote provided is an estimate based on market conditions at the time of booking. Unfortunately, carrier pricing can fluctuate due to factors such as route demand, fuel costs, vehicle type, and pickup timing. If no carrier is willing to accept the shipment at the original rate, we always contact the customer before making any changes. No price increase is ever finalized without the customer's approval.
We sincerely apologize if there were any communication issues or confusion regarding your shipment. That is not the level of service we strive to provide. We value every customer's feedback and would appreciate the opportunity to review your case and address your concerns. Please contact us directly with your order number so we can investigate the matter and work toward a resolution.

Worst experience with Delta Shipping LLC…
My experience with Delta Shipping LLC was extremely frustrating.
Gary Allan was my main point of contact throughout the process. I contacted the company regarding vehicle shipping from Hilo, Hawaii to New Jersey and clearly explained multiple times that I needed the paperwork, BOL, and port procedures completed within the same week because I was flying out of Hawaii on Saturday.
Before payment, Gary repeatedly stated that they had personnel available at Hilo port and that everything could be coordinated quickly if I acted fast. Based on those assurances, I proceeded with the booking and advance payment.
However, after payment, it became clear that the timeline discussed beforehand could not be met. I also had to request corrections because the shipping destination information initially showed California instead of New Jersey.
When I requested a refund due to the inability to complete the process within the promised timeframe, communication became poor and unresponsive.
My advice to others is to be cautious before sending advance payments. Ensure that timelines, paperwork requirements, refund policies, and port coordination are confirmed clearly in writing beforehand.
This review reflects my personal experience.

Do not trust Delta. It is the classic bait and switch. Not just Delta but many other brokers. They will quote you a price, take your deposit and then jack up the price. What a racket.
