I received an email about an auto shipment that I didn't realize I was signed up for. I emailed the company and Emma responded like a pro. At first she moved the shipment back 1 month. She then received another email from me stating the pads didn't work for us so I donated to a local rescue and really didn't need the detergent. She kindly stopped and canceled the auto shipment. She was polite and understanding and even personable. Thank you Emma! She deserves a raise😊.

Website easy to understand. Order was just as described and shipping was reasonable and timely. I would highly recommend easy comforts.
