Were notified by drivers Tom and Gunner that they would be arriving with Sassy on the 10th about 6:30. They kept us informed as to their location and what kind of vehicle they would be driving. They arris at the pick-up location exactly on time. Both were very cordial and notified us that Sassy was not eating like she should and we should keep an eye ohh her. Tom handled the paperwork. We were sir[rosed at how small and light weight Sassyt was when we got her. Both Tom and Gunner did an excellent job in transporting Sassy to us.

I love the puppy pads
I love the puppy pads. I have a q6 yr old pup who has become incontinent and these work great for her.they also work great as floor mats for my other 4 fur babies crates.
Only down side is they dont make hallway runners. My 16 yr old likes to go hide to pee and her favorite place is the hallway. So a hallway runner would be so helpful to have. I just purchased my 3rd set of pads so I have some for the hallway.

I was so excited to be getting my puppy and using the puppy pads for training. But when I found out, I was allergic and couldn’t get the dog. I had no use. Puppy pads graciously agreed to a refund so I would recommend them to anyone for good customer service.

Puppy training for the snow ahead
I purchased these pads for my daughter who celebrated her beagle anniversary. That's what she called it. It snows a lot where she is, so as she trains her pup these might come in handy on those rainy days and deep snow days. So far so good. The order came in quickly, the product is great, and I like the customer service.

Great reusable pads for my Yorkie
I’ve used puppy pads for my 3.5 pound Yorkie since I got her. She’s just too small to be going outside much with all the hawks we have around our home. I just upgraded to your pads and love them. They absorb everything and are so easy to clean. And I like the option to get different sizes.

I received an email about an auto shipment that I didn't realize I was signed up for. I emailed the company and Emma responded like a pro. At first she moved the shipment back 1 month. She then received another email from me stating the pads didn't work for us so I donated to a local rescue and really didn't need the detergent. She kindly stopped and canceled the auto shipment. She was polite and understanding and even personable. Thank you Emma! She deserves a raise😊.
