If I could put a minus star I would, took me ages to get a collection date and finally booked in for today AM collection 3.45pm still no phone call to advise I found their number and called them had to wait for 18 minutes for someone to answer the phone to be told that it is still showing for collection today they will get the driver to call me. 10 minutes later he calls to tell me that his morning collections were cancelled this morning !! I asked why the office told me it was still on for today he said he didn't know and that they leave it to the driver to advise the customer which he hasn't bothered to do, nobody can give me a new date it has to go back to the funder for them to advise which is ridiculous, I work in this industry and think it is the poorest of services no respect for customer's at all, I even said all your reviews speak for themselves and tell the same story what an absolute sham of a company

Engineer contacted me firstly to say how long he would be and then called again when on his way.
He arrived as planned, he was polite and very efficient really nice guy

One of the best if not the best companies to use for your perfumes or aftershaves etc they offer amazing products at such good prices I love their products and recommend them to all my friends especially when I get compliments on wearing them

I bought the card to cheer my daughter up and she absolutely loved even made her cry. The cake she said was delicious and such a good portion too and such a quick service I was impressed. I will definitely be using your service again and I am sure she will be also, highly recommend, thank you

Had a great evening at the Manchester branch and Olly was the hostess with the mostest. He was very attentive ensuring everything was ok couldn’t have done any more for us he was polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble he is a credit to the business. Food was really good too, thank you again Olly 👏🏻

Had such a lovely experience today in the Manchester store. When we arrived everything was explained to us, we had a short wait and then we had a lovely lady called Georgie who came and sat with us and asked my daughter what her thoughts were on a dress, when it was where it was to be held etc she took time to listen and pay attention to exactly what my daughter wanted and came back with dresses that ticked the boxes. We didn’t expect to come away with a dress today but she found my daughter a beautiful dress that had us all in tears as well as other people from another party. Her level of service and attention to detail was fantastic she made the whole experience a joy I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Georgie for making my daughters day you are a credit to the business, now roll on the big day

The last job that was completed was done by a very nice guy who took pride in his work and respected my home putting plastic cover down to protect my carpet etc

So easy to book and arrange the appointment online. 1st class engineer who was on time came in did the job and explained everything he is a credit to the business, we have had engineers who are sub contractors who have been useless before but this guy was actually from the manufacturer and wow what a difference, I hope this feedback is fed back to him

SCAM & FRAUD
I never subscribed to you so I want the money you have tried to take refunding, I am taking this further not only with my bank but the FCA you are tricking people into subscribing and taking their money, you need to ensure I get a refund straight away

So far the experience has been very good, very thorough have no reason to complain I hope the holiday itself lives up to the same experience

Purchased this perfume oil in Manchester Arndale, we were drawn in by the smell as we walked past and was then given a sample both my daughter and I loved it that much we went back and both purchased, we bought the Abid Ambre and we have had so many compliments, we will most definitely be purchasing again and the staff were really helpful and explained the products.

Fast efficient service from selecting the florist in the morning and explaining what I wanted the flowers were delivered later in the afternoon they were exactly what I wanted and they messaged me to say they had been delivered and also sent a photo of them which I thought was really nice.
Would highly recommend the service and the florist 10/10
