Goods arrived quickly, as usual, and well packed.

Paid £10.20 for a swimsuit and asked for slower delivery at £2.99 only to find another £2.99 had been added for 'delivery protection' ( not requested by me) - £16.18 total. Cost to return, another £2.99, deducted off my repayment - so not a great experience!

Goods ordered were received quickly and very well packed. I had ordered a pair of leather mocassins which are extremely well made. However, because there were no intermediate sizes ( and I'm a typical MandS 3.5) I had to order a size 4. Unfortunately, even with 3 (!) innersoles the shoes still feel very large but I had to use them to find out. So, sadly, our local charity shop will be the beneficiary.

The ordering process was easy (we had to call direct as we needed to arrange assembly on delivery). The colleague we spoke to was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. We were advised the day before delivery that we would receive confirmation of the 3 hour time slot allocated, and then the driver called us on the day an hour before delivery. The assembly process was very quick - the table being set up within minutes.
We're very pleased with the style and finish of the table which compliments the room.

I love the fact that my weak nails are now protected by Glaize gels which, as well as looking great, are non-toxoc and easy to apply and remove without damaging the nail beneath. Goodbye heat lamps and harsh chemicals. Hello nails which look newly manicured.

As usual the 'short' dress ordered was at least 6 inches too long for me. I have given up spending £20 every time I have to get a dress shortened so I just returned the dress and will wear an old one for Christmas Day. Just one of the disadvantages of buying on line.

Excellent job! Good customer service, double checking with us by email on dimensions when we couldn't upload our drawing, fast production, earlier than expected delivery, well packed, great finish and perfect fit. What more could we ask?

We bought a 4 seater Alp garden set. The furniture was delivered on time today at around 12.30 pm and we immediately set about unpacking the 4 packages (quite a task in itself!) and putting the table together. The top had to be fitted to the 4 base parts with 8 bolts through 8 sets of joining holes which were supposed to marry up. Three and a half hours later, with extremely aching backs and frayed tempers. we were still struggling and finally had to give up trying to insert the final bolt as the connecting holes were completely out of kilter. So though we were expecting a quality product for the price, we were sorely disappointed and only thankful we hadn't bought a larger version with presumably more ill fitting components! We shall we going back to Dobbies tomorrow to find out why the whole process has had to be so tortuous!
