Poor customer service
Spent 3 days trying to get a new key for my electric meter sent to me,eventually I'm getting one sent but it will take 3 to 5 days by which time my electric will have run out,I was told to phone again when this happen

The blinds are good quality and they arrived quickly however fitting them wasn't as easy as I thought, they are quite heavy and I had to adjust the fittings a fair few times to get the blind right
