Disappointing quality and customer service
I spent a couple of weeks deciding whether to purchase a £200 co-ord from Never Fully Dressed, as I wanted to make a considered and sustainable clothing choice.
Unfortunately, the first time I wore the trousers, they split at the seam and exposed my entire behind while I was boarding a busy flight. I had to deal with the embarrassment and inconvenience of this happening in a crowded area.
I contacted customer services with photographs and explained what had happened. I was offered a 30% partial refund to repair the trousers (lol), an exchange subject to availability (lol I never want to wear them again), or a full refund if I returned them. I requested a full refund and explained that I couldn’t understand why I had to go through the hassle of sending them back, and had purchased the entire co-ord, including the matching cardigan, and was unhappy with being left with only part of an outfit because one item had failed on its first wear.
My concern is the poor quality and the lacklustre response about the situation, and I have not received a response to my communication which was admittedly curt during a stressful situation.
For a £200 outfit, I expected better quality and a more considered approach to resolving the issue.
I appreciate that faults can happen, but the quality of a brand is reflected in how it responds when something goes wrong.
Unfortunately, my experience with Never Fully Dressed has been disappointing on both counts.

Disappointed with service
Disappointed with service. Ordered an item for next day delivery. Advised cut off is 3.30pm just for it to be sent out next Business Day. Told them it wont arrive in time for the reason I need it. Advisor said they would try to get the courier not to deliver. I am going on holiday so this item is going to be left unattended and will be sent straight back on my return. Conflicting advice given by representatives of what they will try to get courier to do. Its a waste of time to get a courier to deliver when I wont be there to accept the item. Item likely to be left on doorstep leaving it open to be stolen. Ignoring customer wishes not to deliver or get this returned to sender. They have three days before this item is expected to be delivered but advise they cant stop it even with this amount of notice. If this item gets stolen its the fault of the company as I have asked for this not to be delivered.
Even after asking not to have any further correspondence by email unless it was information about the courier you still responded so ignoring customer wishes. There was no new information in the response apart from apologising but the response was unnecessary as had asked not to be contacted.
