The agent helped me with my problem concerning an irregular top. I was able to get a store credit. Update, the problem wasn’t solved after all. I sent many pictures showing the irregularities, but they don’t seem to think uneven sleeves are a problem

Amazing Online Shopping Experience Everytime
Ive been buying from Cider for almost 4yrs now. Ive never been disappointed. Right from the items I bought to the customer service support until delivery time, its spot on. Id highly recommend Cider. Depending on the cost of course, the quality differs but the returns are super easy and convenient. I wish they had more in their lingerie category, they have limited categories and variety in the bras section, apart from this, its an amazing experience every time I buy from Cider. 5 and even more stars for customer service, quality and overall experience!
