I very much appreciated your not shipping my wine order during the recent heat wave. So, I opened my first bottle last evening with anticipation.

Unfortunately, the wine tastes much older than it is. It tastes flat and a tad tannic.

I am hoping you can remedy my situation.

Only shipped when weather allowed. Was well packed and exactly what I ordered. Arrived promptly.

I appreciate how quickly it arrived, but didn't like the fact of having to sign for it. If you indicate you're 21 and older upon placing the order you shouldn't have to be home to accept the delivery.

My WineDeals/Premier Wines & Spirits shopping experience was disastrous. I thought I would give them a try because they carry a wine I like at a good price, but switching from my usual online wine merchant was a mistake.

The fun started when they shipped me the wrong order. They put two FedEx labels on one box, I guess so FedEx could have fun playing address roulette. Things got worse when I called to report their error. The first guy on the phone tried to tell me that my order number wasn't valid. (The connection between WineDeals and Premier Wines & Spirits is loosey goosey.)

When they finally figured out what was going on, they fumbled again in trying to arrange the return of the wrong box of wine. While they were busy trying to retrieve the wrong shipment, they were making no effort to get my original order to me. Because of this disregard for sensible customer service (which would include sending the customer what he paid for), I decided to cancel my order after waiting over two weeks for my wine. I don't want to reward this sloppy business with revenue.

Over three weeks after ordering, they finally picked up the [wrong] box from my house and issued a refund. Never again.

The order went smoothly. The delivery went smoothly and the wine is SMOOTH 🩷

I went and picked my order up and it was ready for me.

Good help in selecting wine choices. Prompt a accurate delivery.

I order 5 bottles of Costello del poggio peach moscato , and paid $26 delivery fee , but never got it . Spent $65

Great deal and prompt order fulfillment by winedeals.com. However it sat on the local FedExtruck for two full days without delivery and was delivered on the third day.
