As I reported previously, the meals are inferior because even by following your explicit directions, the fish and meat is overcooked before it goes in to the microwave. The filet Mignon is like pot roast, the salmon is dry, the sauces are practically non existent, the sauce for the chicken Cordon Bleu is awful as is the ham within. I am really sorry that I have to report this, but it's more like cafeteria than café. I am receiving an order tomorrow which, I feel, will be my last. I wish your company well...I just had expectations that were too high.

they are removing their entire breakfast line with no reason... think they must be going out of business.. I was ordering 20 items at a time, now they lost it all

Delivery nightmare. Corporate greed have managed you into taking what was a simple delivery experience with FedEx to do some unknown delivery people who never tell you what time they gonna show up and who basically are idiots so I’m going to be have greasy weather I will continue to buy meals from cub ship I’ve been buying meals show me people for years but this is just an incredible disappointment did you ever bother to ask your customers how they would like the delivery made well did you probably not?!

I am disabled & I can't stand long enough to cook. I can't find much in the way of quick breakfast on the stores. Luckily, I found Top Chef. Their breakfast meals have a lot of variety & taste wonderful.

Another mistake. Mistakes have been occurring a lot lately since the changes made in the 'structure'. This time, we received another customer's entire order although the packing slip had our name and order, the contents did not match, This is just another faux pas in a long list of errors...things have certainly changed and apparently not for the best. I miss the old Top Chef...

This is an excellent meal service for my elderly mother. We’ve been using for over a year. The food is delicious in a homemade well-cooked and balanced meal way, the portions generous for leftovers, and the website has improved for ordering. Recommend this local service (who isn’t a Chat Bot on a website…)

If someone is looking for an alpha gel meal per chance, it would be beneficial to know what is in the meals. Same with the gluten free.

I wish there were better ways to filter when choosing meals. I don't want to see any meals with olives or fish but that's not something I can specify with your filters.

Also there's no way to say, "Show me only meals that are under 700 calories."

These are filters that are available in other meal services.

Your food is really good but it takes a while to pick items because I have to do this inspection when I should be able to just specify ingredients I don't like or am allergic to and filter them out.

It took over 1 month before my food was delivered.

The food arrived soaking wet, with some containers broken. The new packing process was dismal. I am scared to eat the ham dinner for fear it didn't stay cold enough.

The food is not the same used to be a chicken breast with sauce and mushrooms for chicken marsala now it’s chopped up chicken pieces, dry with mushrooms. I don’t know how you can call that chicken marsala and it goes on and on. They’re extremely high in carbs, even though they say they’re card conscious, I’ll never shop there again. I’m terribly disappointed. It makes me think maybe the company’s been sold and somebody else

I had a problem with Federal Express not delivering the meals on time. I spoke to Raquel in the customer service department she was most help full in getting out a new order to us. Since the original order was finally delivered almost 2 weeks later completely defrosted and the dinners a soggy mess. Raquel took care to make sure we got our delivery very grateful for all her help.

The meals were not as expected. Although there seemed to be a reasonable amount of food per meal, the flavors were not good at all. All instructions for storage and reheating were explicitly followed. The food tasted old, processed, in some cases swimming in sauce, or excessively dry. The family got indigestion and I trashed the rest!! This was definitely not the convenient chef-home-cooking I expected from you advertisement. And, definitely was not worth the price. What a disappointment.

Food is delicious, arrives safely and well-packed. Portions could be a little bigger and a little more gravy or sauce would be nice.

The food isn't good quality and doesn't taste good.

The meals are pretty much as described, and deliveries are pretty much as promised.

Meals continue to arrive Thawed & Wet. Paper covers of meals are dissolving. _Inside top of Box is warm with only two bags of melted dry-ice. Bottom is "maybe" refrigerator cool.. how is one to know about their safety ? Food remains Delicious *Which is why 2-Stars instead of 1

the food just didn't taste that good, in addition it looked extremely unappealing
