My packages have arrived late the last two weeks and have not been cold. When I checked my cost the price had gone up and I’m not receiving free delivery like my promo promised. I really like this service but I don’t like how the cost changes, how expensive it is, and how the promos “disappear”.

I like the big selection of meals but the price is too high. Quality control on the ingredients needs attention. I have received poor quality produce and have missing ingredients several times.

There are times that I’m missing an ingredient in my kit and I’ve also have had my box delayed which then some of my ingredients have gone bad.

i've been very pleased with HelloFresh. The food is delicious; the recipes are easy to make and the variety of choices is wonderful.

We've used Hello Fresh off and on for years, and it's always a helpful option when we need a break from meal-planning or are going through a particularly busy period, schedule-wise.

The meals are very good, if not great, instructions are always clear, and things are relatively easy and quick to cook. We also appreciate that they've added variety and improved the ingredient quality over time.

However, it's significantly more expensive than planning the meals ourselves and grocery-shopping, so we don't use it all the time. And after a couple of months, the meal options start to seem limited. Ingredients repeat a lot in slightly different guises, and vegetarian options tend to be high in sodium and rely heavily on cheese and carbs. It also generates a high amount of packaging waste, in the form of ice packs and the individually wrapped ingredients.

This was my second time using Hello Fresh. I really enjoyed it the first time however I was quite disappointed the second time. The menu options were not very appealing and I struggled to find meals. The recipes were simple to prepare and the portion sizes were good, but the meals were often bland. I also didn't like that you had to pay extra for "premium" meals.

We are previous members and have just rejoined. So far the meals have been outstanding!

Meals are convenient but the new delivery service Veho delivers late, everything is thawed and warm to where you can’t use it and it’s a waste. Never had issues when it was FedEx, I would still have everything frozen or very cold.

Disappointed. First delivery was over 2 hours late. Delivery was supposed to be between 8am-8pm. Delivered at 10:15. No notification on delay. One meal was incorrect. Second delivery was yesterday. It is 8:00pm a day later and still no delivery. Lovely customer service representative but she could not tell me why it delayed. Hope food is eatable if it arrives.

Lot of choices for meals. Easy to make. Meals have alot of flavor. Delivery service does a good job.

Deliveries are mixed. Most of them on time and complete. Sometimes not. Sometimes missing or bad ingredients.

Recipes I have had have been good.

Lost my preferences one week and delivered three fish based meals when we had set none as a preference due to an allergy.

Has always attempted to make up for any hiccups but I’d like for the service to be zero worry, I can always count on this to give it five stars and well it’s not there. It’s still a service I enjoy and the family wants to keep but we frequently deal with hiccups, not enough to stop but enough to have to worry.

My daughter raved about the quality, taste, and freshness of the ingredients and food, and loved the meals so much that she wants to try to recreate the "creative" recipes herself.

I very much do not like who hello fresh uses for delivery... but I will not pay $13 a week for shipping that was that inconsistent... The first week was around 9am, the second week around 10am, 3rd week it was a day late because they didn't use the call box to call and be let in, the last box got to my home around 10:15pm.. being i get up for work at 4am this was beyond inconvenient...

The delivery on October 13,2026 was not dlieveried. We are a farm with a paved driveway and I got the notification and immediantly looked. Nothing. Got a hold of Hellofresh and they sent two pics. Not my house, I eventually found it it was a half mile away. We are a farm and a simple google search would show that. I don't know what to say but it's to much trouble to get wrong deliveres

I'm really trying to like your service, but there's definitely some pitfalls- I can never count on the produce...Always shorted on weight of potatoes & carrots & the scallions are in such poor shape that I can only use half of them. Also one of the recipe cards was missing in my last order. Another thing that keeps me from ordering regularly is because sometimes I can't make the recipes within the 5 days suggestion, so I end up throwing a lot of product away- It would be very helpful & useful if you put expiration or best by dates on all the ingredients.

Not having to shop is truly a good thing; anyone can follow the directions (I have different caregivers coming in to cook for me and they have done well with the product); and the meals are fantastic! My husband and I are pretty much home bound it's like eating out, having a great variety to choose from turns dinner into an adventure.

The meal recipes are easy to follow. The ingredients are fresh and the finished dishes are delicious!

The food is of good quality and delicious. The only problem was they did not give enough. They got the quantity wrong.

HF makes meal planning and cooking fairly easy. We enjoy the variety of meals and the simplicity of having all the ingredients packed together. We have used this service for nearly 2 years.

Really like the organization and planning that HelloFresh has taken off my plate. They make sure I'm getting a variety of food that is healthy. Recently, however, ingredients have been missed or rotten with a disturbing frequency and packaging has sometimes resulted in ingredients being crushed (still edible just crushed). The pros still far outweigh the cons
