They didn't deliver the food. The status was failed and no one reached out to fix the problem. Then they say they would give a refund like that makes my food plan for this week complete. They really need to improve their delivery/logistics service.

Great service. Not so great selection for Vegetarians
Great service. Just wish they had more variety for vegetarians. Wish the chefs cooked more for vegetarians and vegans. It is a very limited menu.

Helps streamline meal prep
After a few months using Shef, I've learned to stretch the meals further by adding extra rice, frozen veggies and fresh lettuce. Having meals delivered every 3 weeks streamlines meal prep a lot!
