I emailed them prior to placing the order
They confirmed that they could supply my order for my specific car.
So I proceeded to have the interior of the car removed in preparation for the full set to arrive. I even paid for my order to be expedited. They received my money and then I had no response from my repeated requests for ETA. I even repeatedly attempted to phone them from Australia and no answering of the phone
After 2 months they told me that I should cancel my order and they would get in touch when they had the measurements. Excuse me, but they had confirmed that they had everything to fill my order with my initial request.
I am out of pocket for approximately $1000 AUD.
They have made no attempt to do the right thing either way.
I don't want my order cancelled I simply want what I paid for and yet they have not made any attempts to refund my money and costs for the transaction.
I am providing this information to ensure others like me don't get burnt.

I have bought a lot of things from all over the world and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I simply can not believe the way I have been treated and stolen from.

Communication with the company is non existent. I have attempted to communicate several times to check on
my order, but received no responses. They say they will send a tracking # within a week or so after the order is placed, but I've received nothing after 2 weeks
The lack of follow through and communication makes me nervous. I just hope my order shows up.

My mum made an order on 16/03/2026. It's now 21/09/2026 and she has still heard nothing about this order. She has tried getting in contact via the details provided on the website and heard nothing back at all.

I have tried contacting also via the WhatsApp number on their Facebook page but havnt gotten a response either.

It's a shame because I used this company a few years ago and they were brilliant.

She can't get a refund by PayPal either due to it being longer than 6 months since purchase. Becoming a joke now

We feel completely scammed by this company. We ordered “Italian made” custom mats and interior track lights for our Acura MDX last October. When the mats finally arrived in Dec - shipped from
Russia— , we found they DO NOT fit and also never received the interior track lights at all. They just never came. Customer service has never responded to our inquiries from Jan 2026. They supposedly offer a 10 yr warranty on craftsmanship and materials but they have NEVER RESPONDED. It’s like we set $700 on fire. Manicci is a scam.

BMW car mats X5 were perfect. Arrived quick air express option .

I paid to rush my item. I never got a shipping notification. I left emails and voicemails canceling my order but they never picked up or responded. They got in touch a month later to say everything was about to ship- I said that I didn't want the item and wanted a refund as I already received the item from another company. They denied my refund.

I researched the heck out of Manicci before buying some front and back customized mats for my Lexus. But it appears that since my initial order back in March their customer service has had challenges. The order process went very smoothly, I received some automated emails along with a gentleman up in Canada reaching out to verify the model of my vehicle. I actually received my mats within 4-5 weeks of order, thinking they were coming from Canada. They in fact are made/shipped from China - so if you have issues with the whole 'made in China' their mats are not for you. This is an important call out, as when I was researching them - most of what I saw indicated the mats were made in Canada which is not the case (read other reviews). The mats arrived very tightly packed in a pretty small box, given they came from China and the shipping took awhile they did have some pretty significant creasing but it comes out so don't worry about that. Install was pretty easy, my issue arose when installing the driver side which was wayyyyyy too big. Too big to the point that it could be a driving hazard. Additionally, while their website eludes to them being Italian leather (it is all in the wording) , they are in fact 'pleather' or PVC. This did not bother me, but their site is somewhat misleading.

I quickly took some pics, wrote a note about the fit of the driver side and seeking some feedback on next steps and sent over to the gentleman who had reached out about verifying my model. He responded with "Thx" which was confusing. I replied back asking what that means and he quickly got back to me saying he would contact "the design team" (China?) and get back to me within a week. That was well over a week ago and it has been radio silence. I sent a couple of follow ups, tried to chat/call, along with sending my issue to the support/info general email and heard nothing. Then, when I made a challenge via my payment source for a partial refund on the front mats which due to driver side were unusable... I all of a sudden was contacted. We did end up resolving that piece, but do not expect great communication.

Absolutely no communication with the company. Tried several times through emails and voicemail. No one would answer the phone or have the courtesy to return the call. I wanted to add an item to my purchase that was for a tailgate drop down on Land Rover. Disappointed this was not addressed. The product does come from China so delivery is slow. Received product and it is nice in appearance. Today I am going to try and install with no directions. So we will see how it goes.

I have orders custom car mats from manicci on 1 of March and I still haven’t received the carpets. I even sent the photos of my car and still haven’t got a reply for more than 3 weeks. Is this a scam?

It took two months to receive the car organizer I ordered...when I finally did, the quality is less than satisfactory--clearly not leather, and it has to be assembled together by velcro holding it together

From first introduction to delivery, every step was documented, any queries explained and acted upon.
Up to date information and tracking.
Very pleased with delivery and product.

The floor mats finally came 6 weeks later.They fit and Look Beautiful. The company needs to Let Customers know it will 6 to 8 weeks to receive them.

Cancelled an order 60 days ago. Last week they used my credit card to reorder the items I did not want. Sent three emails and left two voicemails with no response at all. Do not give this company your credit card information. Oh and by the way they deduct 45% stocking fee for returns.

I placed order for car floor mats, trunk liner, and door sills on Oct. 27, 2025. Nov. 5, Hardeep requested for another trunk photos "for accurate production" and I provided more confirmed photos. The door sills I received after 30 days were pieces of junk and was returned at Hardeep Gill's approval but no credit till now Dec. 14, 2025. The floor mats were supposedly shipped on Nov. 9th, but till date (Dec. 14), they are undelivered and shows held by the Customs upon tracking. The shipping label for the trunk lining was generated on Dec 4, but till date, tracking details show that nothing has been shipped as only the label was generated. I have written several emails, left several voice messages, sent text messages, and have tried to chat with Hardeep and his Manicci group but no response or update. Is this not a scam, Hardeep??

They charged me $10 more without notice! The invoice was $59 and they charged me $69…, They never answered my e mails! Horrible customer service!

Installation took less than 10 minutes and everything snapped right into place. The diamond pattern looks classy, and the edges don’t curl like cheaper ones I’ve tried. My kids even commented on how nice the car smells now!

Having seen a number of similar products receive bad reviews I was very sceptical about ordering these. I took the plunge half expecting to be disappointed but the mats for my Alfa arrived within a month and frankly they are excellent. They fit very well and look fantastic. Really easy to install and didn’t need any of the extra clips (provided) because the fit was so good. A real thumbs up for Manicci 👍

I came across Manicci while looking for something that wasn’t the same generic car mat everyone else has. Honestly, I’m blown away. The design is sleek, the stitching looks custom, and I’ve already had a few people ask me where I got them. It really makes my car feel more high-end. Worth every penny.

I’ve tried a few different brands over the years, but nothing compares to Manicci. The mats fit perfectly in my Mercedes and instantly elevated the look of the interior. The quality feels premium, and they’re easy to clean, which is a big plus for me. Shipping was quick and the customer service was great. Highly recommend if you want both style and protection for your car.

The quality is excellent. Just as advertised. Looks great in my Macan EV. Got compliments on their floor mats at a Porsche gathering two weeks ago. This is my second set I purchased from Manicci. Will be getting another complete set when I get my next car in a couple of years. Thanks Manicci!
