Excellent customer service
I made an order. Was told it was dispatched on Saturday. By Tuesday according to Royal Mail they hadn’t received it yet. I contact customer service and a lovely guy called Riwan said he would contact them to chase it up. That night after a few hours it turned up near me in the system. It was delivered today, Wednesday. Not sure this order would have arrived without it getting chased so very happy x

I made a purchase but then had to cancel for a refund before it was shipped off. A friend had bought me something I really like that works well for me.
Syed handled my cancellation and refund and was really nice about it.

I had 2 deliveries go wrong due to wrong address and a problem with the delivery company. I emailed the company and they couldn't of been more helpful. Hassan, Pete and Bilal were friendly, helpful and professional. I love the product and will definitely be ordering a 3rd. Recommended

Smells like antibacterial hand gel!
I received my order very quickly with no issues and was initially excited to try after seeing all the hype on social media, however, when I have just opened the bottle, all it smells like is antibacterial hand gel!
I have since read some reviews on TrustPilot and have found that if you use more than 1 or 2 sprays you cannot get a refund, while I understand this is a company policy, I don't understand that on your website it states to use 2 sprays on each wrist and 2 sprays on your chest, so my question is, how can I properly try this product and still get a refund if I do not like it?
Going from the smell from the box, I will not like it but I still want to try it because I'm aware that it may smell different on my skin.
Please may you advise on the best course of action?
Perhaps I should send this back without trying it so my 'money back guarantee' is still valid!

Absolutely love these fragrances
Just received my second order. I dont normally write reviews on this occasion i will
Not sure it quite gives the hype the ads on social media display however all three 'for her' fragrances smell absolutely amazing that i ordered all three again. I get tons of compliments when wearing them and for my skin personally, they do last a long time. They all smell totally different so i cant possibly pick a favourite but for a great smelling perfume at a great price i do highly recommend.
Never had an issue with delivery either. Both times within the specified timescale. Ive never had a reason to contact customer service but from purchase to delivery contact is consistent so i personally cannot complain about this product or the company.
