I did a blind buy and I am beyond blown away by the scents! Even the testers I got I love and will probably now by. What a great company!

I have purchased on two separate occasions and it was easy to shop and the scents are great smelling, I just wish the body washes I received matched the perfumes I purchased, one was definitely a mens scent, the other was just random. The mens cologne I bought for my husband matched the body wash which was nice....he smells amazing.

After trying the Thomson Carter fragrances, I will definitely be ordering more for myself and presents for special occasions. They are amazing and last all day. I had an issue with a spray bottle, but Anas very kindly resolved the problem for me within minutes. Thank you Anas - so grateful.

I often message businesses inquiring about ingredients in their products and most of the time I get no answer at all. But Yaseen and Gareth not only answered back, they answered quickly! So polite and very helpful. Very happy with our interaction because I awful allergies and it's very important that I know what in using so I don't itch to death. Sending them much love and I absolutely recommend this company.

I saw an advert of "Smoke & Mirrors" on facebook. I made a purchase and was utterly dissapointed. It did not smell exceptional and the fragrance did last 1hr on skin and clothing. I made a rerurn a monthe later I am yet to get my refund despite sendibg everything back in an immaculate condition and complete. 2 weeks later. I am yet to get a refund.

Had a little problem and this was dealt with really efficiently. Couldn’t be happier with the speed and politeness this was dealt with. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again.

Would of been a 5 star review however, there was a delay in receiving my item (Smoke & Mirrors) , I contacted the company through their website and Erin took up my issue and rectified it promptly and professionally so much so I have ordered my wife an item from the range. The product I received is as good as all the hype, I love it!!

The online service is fast and efficient. Gareth was able to find a solution a provide compensation when my order was returned to the sender.
