Delivery was prompt.
The smell is amazing and gets comments. I didn't think it kept its potency but I realise that I don't notice it when others still do. Found out having sprayed lunchtime, someone commented on my perfume late in the evening and separately someone else did next morning (it has caught in my hair) .. they were half way through talking and stopped to comment on the smell :)

I phoned to explain that we would need the wood from a 6 by 8 shed and 3 or 4 heavy wardrobes plus general waste. Although I have awareness of potential weight limits I have no experience of what weight anything it to judge... thus as the professionals expected that you would have been able to tell me that my load would be too heavy to fill the van up. But no you abdicate that responsibility and are not professional. Your email said that you got rid of my stuff and "nothing to see here". Couldn't be further from the truth. Unprofessional guidance and service. And no call back this afternoon as promised.

One tube had a split in it and I emailed the company and they immediately sent a replacement of all the tubes.
