A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – BEWARE OF KLASS WAGEN IN ROMANIA!

My experience with Klass Wagen in Romania was absolutely terrible. I have rarely experienced such unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful customer service. The staff do not listen to customers, show absolutely no understanding, and seem interested in nothing other than getting more money out of you by any means possible.

Every conversation turns into an argument. Instead of listening to your concerns, understanding your situation, or trying to find a fair solution, they simply argue with you and put money above everything else. There is no empathy, no flexibility, no respect, and absolutely no sense of professionalism. The entire experience feels like a complete rip-off.

Do not blindly trust the positive reviews. After my experience, I genuinely struggle to understand how this company receives so many good ratings. I cannot say whether those reviews are fake or genuine, but my experience was so shockingly bad that the positive ratings do not reflect the service I personally received at all. I strongly encourage everyone to read the negative reviews carefully and do their own research before booking.

In my opinion, the way this company treats its customers is completely unacceptable. Everything felt like a constant attempt to get more money out of me rather than provide the service I had paid for. They showed no understanding of my situation and no willingness to handle anything fairly or professionally.

Renting a car should not turn into an exhausting argument in which you feel that you constantly have to defend yourself against additional charges and unreasonable treatment. Unfortunately, that is exactly how my experience with Klass Wagen felt.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Klass Wagen in Romania to think twice before booking. Based on my personal experience, I would never rent from them again. Extremely rude staff, appalling customer service, zero empathy, and a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish.

For me, this was an absolute nightmare and a complete rip-off. Avoid if you do not want to risk going through the same experience.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional, Rude, and All About Money

My experience with Klass Wagen was absolutely terrible. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to listen to or understand the customer. Instead of offering reasonable solutions or showing even the slightest bit of understanding, they constantly argued and seemed focused on one thing only: getting as much money out of the customer as possible.

The entire experience felt like a complete rip-off. No matter what the situation was, there was no understanding, no flexibility, no proper customer service, and absolutely no willingness to find a fair solution. Every discussion turned into another argument about money. The way customers are treated is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism, respect, and responsibility.

A rental car company should provide a reliable service and treat its customers fairly. Unfortunately, my experience with Klass Wagen was the complete opposite. The staff did not take their job seriously, did not listen to legitimate concerns, and behaved as if their only priority was to charge customers extra money by any means possible.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before renting from Klass Wagen. Based on my experience, the customer service was appalling, the attitude was disrespectful, and the entire situation left me feeling cheated and extremely disappointed. I would never want to go through this experience again.

Absolutely unprofessional. Extremely unpleasant. A complete lack of customer care. I would not recommend Klass Wagen to anyone.

It was just smooth and quick

The staff at Klass Wagen, both, in Bucharest and Cluj were very helpful, professional and friendly. They were thorough with the picking up and dropping of the car process. All in all, a great service from start to finish.
I will be using Klass Wagen again.

Experiență extrem de dezamăgitoare cu Klass Wagen Timișoara. Ne-am simțit presați să plătim suplimentar 1.850,81 RON pentru asigurarea Klass Total Cover, fără ca la preluarea mașinii să ne fie prezentată în mod clar o alternativă rezonabilă, deși ulterior ni s-a comunicat că această asigurare nu era obligatorie și că exista opțiunea unui depozit de garanție rambursabil, blocat pe cardul de credit.

În ciuda depunerii unei reclamații oficiale, **Alin Enache, Raul Miculescu și Marius Marcov** au fost implicați într-o experiență cu clienții care ne-a lăsat cu sentimentul că nu am fost ascultați, sprijiniți sau tratați corect. Refuzul ulterior de a oferi o rambursare sau o soluție echitabilă nu a făcut decât să ne sporească dezamăgirea.

Escaladăm acest caz către autoritățile competente pentru protecția consumatorilor. Pe baza experienței noastre, recomandăm cu fermitate viitorilor clienți să clarifice în scris toate opțiunile de asigurare, depozitele de garanție și costurile suplimentare înainte de a prelua mașina, deși cea mai bună soluție ar fi să evite cu totul închirierea unei mașini de la Klass Wagen.

English Translation:

Extremely disappointing experience with Klass Wagen Timișoara. We felt pressured into paying an additional RON 1,850.81 for Klass Total Cover, with no reasonable alternative clearly presented at collection, despite later being told that the cover was not mandatory and a refundable credit-card deposit was an option.

Despite raising a formal complaint, Alin Enache, Raul Miculescu and Marius Marcov have been involved in a customer experience that left us feeling unheard, unsupported and unfairly treated. The subsequent refusal to offer a refund or meaningful resolution has only compounded our disappointment.

We are escalating the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities. Based on our experience, we strongly encourage future customers to clarify all insurance options, deposits and additional costs in writing before collecting their vehicle, although the best course of action is to avoid leasing with Klass Wagen altogether.

We had an excellent experience with KlassWagen! The car was brand new, exactly as we had booked, and very clean. They were considerate of the fact that we were traveling with children and made the car pickup process quick and smooth. The representative was very friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly. Highly recommended!

The service was very good, at the desk and after.
The car was exactly as accepted.
The only issue is that there is no option for whatsup conversation, when arrived at the airport the call is cross country- we only had internet no calls and we missed the shuttle.

Friendly and helpful staff, hassle free pick up and drop

We paid to upgrade to a newer, automatic vehicle. We received a car with an oil issue, leaving us worried it might break down.
The compensation offered for this was merely the cost of the oil we had to add...

The was like new and every things go fast and clear with the chek in and check out

Clear Terms: Everything was clearly explained upfront.
Fast Service: Staff were efficient and helpful.
Quick Pickup: Picked up the car without any delay at the rental location.

The cars are clean realy good value for money and exellent staff
