Poor customer service and unresolved delivery issues

I’m very disappointed with my experience so far. My order was never delivered, even though someone was always at home to receive it. The parcel is now being returned to FedEx, and according to FedEx, the sender did not authorize a rerouting or storage request, so the return could not be stopped.
I have already paid for the items, shipping, and import charges, yet I still have no package. I also contacted customer support several days ago and have received no response.
The lack of communication and the way this situation has been handled are extremely frustrating. I hope this issue will be resolved fairly.

If the problem is resolved professionally and I receive my order without additional costs, I will gladly update this review to 5 stars.

They will cancel your order in order to allocate to botters. Terrible company. Been having this same thing happen to many more.

Great customer service! I emailed Hobbiesville about my order and they responded very quickly. They were able to adjust my order so that I could get free shipping, which I really appreciated. The whole process was easy and pleasant, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great experience overall!

I've been ordering from them for a while and never had any issues. They ship fast and the product is well packaged.

Most companies give you the option to change your delivery within their website others require you to send some 2 authenticity set up and finally some reputable ones have systems in place to recognize malicious/scalping orders before your process your purchase. Hobbiesville has none of these. If you are looking to purchase a hot item, well you better be quick because they rather pretend to have a strong “delivery change” policy. Which is mostly relying on people beating scalping bots than any real verification. Their customer service is nonexistent and good luck trying to call in or use their “chat” function. At this point im questioning myself if this place is not running some of those scams/scalps themselves but i’m never risking it again.

These guys are great. They have competitive prices. They have a well organized website and their communication both before during and after the sale was amazing and their customer support was fantastic. I recommend you give these guys a try

Terrible customer service. Spend thousands on the site, get treated like a # when something they ship arrives entirely damaged. But because I didn't pay their additional insurance fee, I'm only entitled to the shipping company's claim, and that's in STORE CREDIT. What a joke.

So far I’m not impressed with Hobbiesville. I’d beware and not use them. I ordered a Marvel Omnibus and set it for expedited shipping and it’s been 6 days and nothing has shipped. They provide a Fed Ex number but Fed Ex hasn’t received the package. I’m beginning to feel as though I’m being ripped off here. I would steer clear of Hobbiesville to avoid this kind of thing. Someone name Kate replied to my email inquiry stating nonsense about the shipping and billing information being different which isn’t true. Then they asked for banking codes and ID which is suspicious and said I wouldn’t get what I ordered. That right there told me to not deal with this company moving forward. I’d stay away from them. They’re scammy and they’re liars. My Bank didn’t apply fraud to the credit card transactions. Hobbyville emailed me and said they suspected fraud. I submitted a case to my bank to refund the credit card amount due to this issue. My bank never once said anything to me about the credit card purchase being fraudulent. If the billing and shipping address issue was true then ever credit card purchase I make would be flagged. Stay away from Hobbiesville. Don’t use them. I never will again.

Communication is slow due to volume. They do not combine shipping for large value orders. When inquiring how to proceed with changing a preorder to accommodate quantity increase, they reply late and do not offer any suggestions when availabilityis sold out.

Had an issue with a shipping option I selected by mistake. They helped me correct it with no hassle. Always great service.

Games were shipped pretty quick, were well packaged, and were in excellent condition when received. Easy peasy.

Hobbiesville are amazing! I always order from them. Their support is top notch and Latka is AMAZING!! Super kind and helpful. I highly recommend.

Latka and Joe were amazing. During one of the very panicked Pokemon Pre-orders, my purchases got jumbled and with items going out of stock I was paying double the Shipping with 2 Orders, that would have been Free if things had gone better. Latka and Joe were able to get the situation fixed and now the stress of that added cost is gone, amazing Customer Service, thanks to these 2 I will be spending more money with Hobbiesville.

Love the people so kind and nice prices are fair and lots deals the best

Not sure if they’re deleting my reviews as I cannot find it here anymore. As others have mentioned, do NOT pre order with them. They will cancel your pre orders and relist them for higher prices.

I ordered a box of Yu-Gi-Oh Chaos Origins and when I received it in the mail the booster box came without plastic wrapping and seemed to be opened already. I reached out to them and they said it was sealed. OKAY maybe the SHIPPING BOX was sealed but not the actual Origins booster box.
