Poor customer service and unresolved delivery issues

I’m very disappointed with my experience so far. My order was never delivered, even though someone was always at home to receive it. The parcel is now being returned to FedEx, and according to FedEx, the sender did not authorize a rerouting or storage request, so the return could not be stopped.
I have already paid for the items, shipping, and import charges, yet I still have no package. I also contacted customer support several days ago and have received no response.
The lack of communication and the way this situation has been handled are extremely frustrating. I hope this issue will be resolved fairly.

If the problem is resolved professionally and I receive my order without additional costs, I will gladly update this review to 5 stars.

Absolute Abo-Falle! Mir wurden 130€ abgebucht!!!!

Wer den Dienst lediglich ausprobieren möchte, sollte äußerst vorsichtig sein. Die Seite ist unübersichtlich aufgebaut und führt Nutzer meiner Ansicht nach gezielt in ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement. Ein falscher Klick genügt und schon wird ein Vertrag abgeschlossen.

Trotz sofortiger Kontaktaufnahme nach Feststellung des Problems wurde keine kulante Lösung oder Rückerstattung angeboten.

Für mich wirkt das Geschäftsmodell wenig transparent. Deshalb: Finger weg!
