Easy to make the reservation. The reservation was transmitted to the airlines immediately. It was as if the reservation was made directly with the airline. It made the flight part of the trip seamless.

This company is a nightmare! Non existent customer service. I had questions relating to my home sleep test and I could not get it answered in time to do the test without getting charged a late fee. I WILL NEVER use this company again. I will advise. I will tell my Physician of how poor they are and also let others know my experience. STAY AWAY
