Firstly I don't know how the payment option was changed to postpaid, when I tried to pay for the trip, the driver said its already paid, since I barely use this service, due to bad experience in the past I thought maybe I had some credit, little did I know that the payment terms we changed to postpaid. Because the same day I used Ola Cab service for a couple of other trips too.
After a couple of weeks I suddenly started getting reminder to make payments with late payment charges, so the cost of the actual trip was 356 they added Rs.75 as the late payment and after a couple of weeks again they added another Rs.75, I tried in vain to reach out to Ola, but there is no way that I could reach out, I sent emails, it bounced back and now I receive atleast 12-15 text messages in a day to make the payment and call every 30-45 mins to make the payment of Rs.506 (includes Rs.150 LPF) which is mentally very disturbing, I wish I could really speak with some human about this. Extremely poor service!!
