The problem with Ola is not happening…
The problem with Ola is not happening for the first time; it has become a regular issue. Every time we book an Ola, whether it is a Mini or a Prime Sedan, after waiting for 5 minutes once the booking is confirmed, when we check again, we find that the driver has already cancelled the ride.
If the driver intended to cancel the ride, then why did he accept our booking in the first place? And this has not happened just once; it has happened many times.
Then, when a driver does accept the ride, after reaching the destination, he asks us to cancel the ride from our side. I have refused to do this many times, after which the driver himself cancels the ride and then demands a separate, higher amount, and that too in cash.
Ola Rickshaws have become an even bigger problem. They do not come to nearby destinations, and rides get cancelled repeatedly after being booked. Every time you try to book again, you are shown an increased fare.
If Ola is unable to manage its rides and provide proper service, then Ola should stop this business. Anyway, many Ola drivers behave as if they consider themselves too smart. Such people should not get work; only then will they understand the value of having a job.
Ola should improve its service or shut down its services. Ola's service has become the worst.
