Booked a 56 passenger bus for a work trip over a month in advance, communicated with Alex via emails. Recieved a confirmation text the day before and 1 hour before pickup… and the bus never showed up. No answer on the 24hr line, no response on emails either. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
