We arrived at Chicago O'Hare and sat on the airfield for over 90 minutes waiting for a gate to open. No adverse weather conditions, which made no sense. However, the positive was that our driver, Ahmad, stayed on top of our gate change and kept in touch with us, making us confident he would meet us at baggage claim.
