I had a positive experience with Refonte Learning’s Spacecraft Software Engineer Program. The course gave me a better understanding of spacecraft software and provided practical exposure alongside the technical lessons. I found the instructors knowledgeable and supportive, especially when working through more challenging topics. The training also helped me organize my knowledge and communicate my technical skills more confidently during interviews. Overall, I found the program worthwhile and appreciated the combination of expert guidance, practical learning and career-focused preparation.

RS Components offers a wide range of electronic and industrial products, which is a positive point. However, my overall experience was below average. The order processing was slow, and delivery was delayed beyond the promised timeframe. Communication regarding order status could be improved, and customer support responses were not very prompt. While the product quality was acceptable, the service experience needs significant improvement.

My experience with United States Postal Service was very disappointing. The delivery took much longer than the estimated time, and there was no clear update or tracking accuracy during the process. Customer service was difficult to reach and did not provide helpful solutions. Overall, the service felt unreliable and poorly managed. I expected much better from a national postal service, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet basic expectations.
