We noticed that the product you purchased is named “Scarlet.” In this case, “Scarlet” is the product name rather than the actual color name, and the color itself is described and shown as a brown tone on our website. However, we completely understand how the product name could have led you to expect a scarlet/red color, and we take responsibility for that confusion.

We’re already working with you to find a better color match and will remake the curtains for you at no additional cost.
