Poor customer service
I ordered wall paint ($200) for my projector on 05/23. A week after on 05/30, I contacted their customer service to check on the order. They assured me it would ship the following Monday (06/02). On 06/08, I had follow up again and they finally shipped the paint on 06/09, which I received on 06/11, almost 3 weeks after placing my order. I give the poor rating because I had to actively contact their customer service to get the order fulfilled. I also asked if they could give me some discount for the inconvenience. After flatly refusing, they agreed to a $5 discount, which quite doesn't do it. Overall, disappointed with the service.

Thomas, I'm sorry your order took longer than expected and that you had to follow up to get an answer. Items that aren't in stock show a "Usually Ships Within" lead time on our site, and we update it daily. Unlike the verified reviews on our profile, this one isn't linked to a confirmed order.
