Had rs 500 in wallet and took a trip for rs 340 and have a balance of rs 140
Ola is harassing me with automated calls demanding payment for rs 340
Their grievancedesk gives a ticket no to the complaint but that is closed out as automated reply is that the complaint is not valid
Don't think that they are trying to scam but definitely a very poorly run company.They deserve to go bellyvup
